Can I return or exchange a product purchased online?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that customized or engraved jewelry is not eligible for returns.
Do you offer a Lifetime Buyback or Exchange policy?
Yes, Ranka Jewellers offers a transparent Lifetime Buyback and Exchange policy. You can exchange your jewelry at any of our physical stores based on the current market rate of gold and stones, minus applicable melting charges.
